Dr. Kaloush is a FORTA Professor of Pavement Engineering in the School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment at Arizona State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer and has over 35 years of industrial and academic experience in pavement engineering. He received his Ph.D. degree, specializing in pavements and materials, from Arizona State University in May 2001. Before his current academic appointment, Dr. Kaloush worked with various consulting companies and state governments on developing highway maintenance management systems solutions. He is also the founder of Highway Consulting Services, Inc., providing pavement management consulting services to local governments since 1996.
