Nina is considered a global expert in transportation funding. Her career spans more than 20 years working in the technology, trucking, tolling and fuel card sectors across Europe, the Americas and Australasia. Her experience includes leading and negotiating agreements at the highest levels in both industry and government, delivering partnership and tolling agreements, establishing multi-million dollar/euro supply or service contracts and advising on transport policy and financing.   At EROAD, Nina leads the team responsible for finding and evaluating new opportunities on the global landscape that enable safer, more productive roads for all. She was a key architect in the development of North America’s first government audited and approved electronic Weight Mile Tax solution, as well as the company’s International Fuel Tax Solution. Nina was responsible for the company’s participation in the California Road Charge Pilot and is the lead for the Eastern Transportation Coalition’s Multi-State Truck Pilot activities, the first in the US. Nina is the secretary of the Mileage Based User Fee Alliance (MBUFA) Advisory Committee (US), member of the TETC MBUF Steering Committee (US), involved in the US Transport Research Board, the chair of the IRF RUC Committee and an active member of several other associations and committees.
